Rachel Rooks Counselling
Online
Online therapy/video calls allows for remote sessions providing convenience, flexibility and accessibility for all, and it offers the same level of support and confidentiality as traditional, in the therapy room, face-to-face sessions.

Online counselling can be a great option for those who have mobility issues or disabilities, as well as those who experience social phobias, anxiety disorders, or agoraphobia. It allows individuals to access support from the comfort of their own home or wherever they may be.
For those who may feel particularly nervous or anxious during face-to-face counselling sessions, online therapy can offer an alternative means of support.

Online counselling can provide a sense of privacy for those who are concerned about others finding out about their treatment.

These sessions will be on the video conferencing platform Zoom and last for 50 minutes.

The cost is £55 per session
